Hi, my name is Dana! I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Mass Communications (PR & Advertising Focused) which highlights the importance I place on clear communication and media literacy as I believe they are essential in conveying ideas, information, and stories to an audience. With our current climate on social media, it is important to acknowledge the influence and impact our stories may hold. This is why I’ve worked hard to develop a deep understanding of customer behavior and how to effectively retain, inform, and advocate for a loyal clientele. For this client, I evaluated newsletter performance and created a/b testing which resulted in a 20% increase in open rates. I planned digital marketing strategy and wrote copy for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter; increasing daily clicks to website and brand engagement. I crafted relevant articles and email copy integrating SEO terms which resulted in a 15% increase in website traffic & a 12 % increase in conversion. I also created graphics and managed email marketing campaigns through MailChimp. In a scheduled call we will go over your business goals and how you want to use social media to achieve them. We will audit your current platforms (demographics, target audience, etc.) and set expectations for both parties.

In this stage, I will create a content calendar on a monthly basis (as new trends and app updates arise) based on our strategy and goals discussed in the previous step.

In this stage, you will send me photos and videos that your company has (or if content creation is a part of our agreement I will take care of that) so I can create videos and posts to be posted to your social media platforms upon your approval.
